My Scraps & More Sketch #92

Lets get to know Tracy a little better......

Hi, I’m Tracy and I live in the Piney Woods of East Texas. I swore when I went away to college I would be moving off somewhere to the mountains or other part of the world yet once we started a family we came right back here. Amazing how children change your views on life. My husband and I just celebrated our 20 year anniversary this past May with an 8 day cruise to the Caribbean all by ourselves. We love our children but sometimes you just have to get away. We have 3 children that pretty much run our lives and I wouldn't have it any other way. Jacob is 13 and in 7th grade, so we are immersed in football season right now. Austin is 9 and in 4th grade and rebels against being involved in anything (kind of a nice change). Our baby girl Autumn is 7 and in 2nd grade. If she had her way I’d be running to anything and everything 24/7. I've made her knock her choices down to one. She chose dance, of course between regular classes and her dance team it seems like we go 24/7. Somewhere in there I fit in a job as a pre-k aide and am currently working on getting my masters and teaching certificate. Yes it’s a busy life.

I of course find time for my scrapbooking. I've been on the My Scraps and More design team since shortly after the store opened. I've loved being a part of this amazing team. I have also been a member of the Scrap Friendzy and Scrap Fit design teams. I've been scrapping (what we now call scrapping) for the last 10 years, though even back in high school I was putting together memory and photo albums. I just didn't have all the cool supplies that we have now. Probably a good thing since I couldn't afford it back then.

I love sketches. I have used them for my inspiration for many years. They are such a great jumping off point. I will admit that I do not create sketches for myself to use. I do love creating them but when I create sketches for others to use I make my page first and then I create the sketch off the page I created. So I hope you all enjoy my sketch and I will keep using everyone else’s.
